The last phase of Saudi visa processing includes embassy work in Bangladesh, visa stamping, manpower (BMET) clearance, and flight ticketing.
Embassy typing
When medical fit card, police clearance, Takamul (if needed), and other papers are ready, the office sends the passport for embassy typing. Typing prepares data for visa issuance.
Visa issue
After typing, the embassy may issue the visa within 1–2 days (timing varies). You may be asked for BMET training proof—send training card photos to the office via WhatsApp if you already completed training.
BMET training and fingerprint
Many categories require 3-day BMET training at district technical training centers if not already done. After training, biometric fingerprint at the district manpower office is required with passport and visa copies.
Manpower submit and BMET card
The passport is submitted for manpower clearance. Clearance often takes about 5–7 days, then the office proceeds toward ticketing.
Flight ticket
When all steps are complete, the sponsor or agent arranges the flight. Contact your visa issuer for flight dates. Tracking may show "Visa Processing Complete" before ticket details are shared separately.
